Parking Lot Safety
To ensure safety for students arriving by bus, please be advised our parking lot is closed to all traffic Mon - Fri between the hours of 8:30-9:30am and 3:00-4:00pm. Please note our parking lot is one way.
Punctuality
Student supervision begins on the yard at 8:55am. All students arriving to school after the 9:10am bell will be marked late. Thank you for being on time and creating habits for student success.
Early Pick Up
If you need to pick up your student(s) early, please do so before 3:00pm. After 3:15pm, it is difficult to locate students as most are in the hallways getting ready for dismissal. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our end of day as calm and safe as possible.

We are unable to interrupt classrooms during instructional times - all arrangements related to the school day should be made with your student before school.
Student Information
Please advise the office of any changes to information on file i.e. address, phone/email, emergency contacts, etc. Please note only adults listed as your emergency contacts will be allowed to pick up your child(ren) from school.
We are a CASHLESS School
A SchoolCash Online account is required for field trip payments/permissions and to participate in our hot lunch program with LunchBox.
We are a PAPERLESS School

Inclement Weather
When buses are cancelled, the school remains open for learning. If you receive a Safe Arrival call on inclement weather days, please only call the school back if your child should be in attendance.

Allergies
Due to life threatening allergies, the following food/items are NOT PERMITTED on school property:
- all nuts, peanuts
- latex
- shellfish
- we are a scent free school
Student Lunches and Clothes
Please send your child’s lunch and weather appropriate clothing to school with them in the morning. Spare clothes are recommended to be kept in backpacks.
Student Cell Phones
Students are not allowed the use of cell phones except for educational purposes as instructed by their teacher.
