• Student Information: please advise the office of any changes to information on file ie: address, phone/email, emergency contacts, etc.

• SchoolCash Online: last week, your student(s) were sent home with information on how to register for SchoolCash Online. If you have not done so already, please ensure you are registered as this is where you will find all permission forms, make payments for field trips as well as order hot lunches through the LunchBox Program.

• Acknowledgement & Permission Forms: filled out on SchoolCash Online. Please complete this ASAP so our students can go on community walks.

• LunchBox Program: hot lunches will begin the week of September 30th. Once you are set up with a SchoolCash Online account, you will have access to place LunchBox orders – instructions can be found here.

• Safe Arrival System: to report a student absence, please email [email protected] or call 1-888-885-8065. Please let the office know about student absences, even if you have informed the teacher.

• School Council Nomination Form: this year, our school council will meet a total of 6 times in the library from 6-7:30pm – usually the first Monday of the month. If interested in joining, please fill out the Nomination Form attached to this email and send to [email protected] by September 25th.

• School Volunteer: returning volunteers, please remember to login to the SCDSB Community Apps page to sign your offence declaration for the current school year. Interested in becoming an approved volunteer? Please email [email protected] for more information.

• Student Medical Form: if your child requires medication to be administered at school, including inhalers, EpiPens, prescriptions etc., a Medical Response Plan must be filled out and signed by your physician every two years. If your student was sent home with any medical related forms, please review, sign and send back to the office as soon as possible. New students requiring medical forms should contact the office.

• Student immunization information: must be submitted directly to the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit. Reporting and viewing immunizations can be done online.

• Bussing: stay up to date with bus delays/cancellations by visiting the SCSTC website – we are considered the North Zone.
