Opening Day Procedures
Good Afternoon Panther Families,
I hope you all had a wonderful summer. We are excited to welcome students back on Tuesday September 3rd (Thursday September 5th for all JUNIOR Kindergarten students).
All students arriving by bus or foot, will be welcomed by staff and instructed on how to find their classes. Educators will be outside at 8:45am wearing staff t-shirts and holding bright pink signs with their respective grades written on them:
SKs: will meet at the back of the school on the tarmac.
Grades 1-2 will meet on the back soccer field.
Grades 3-8 will gather on the side field.
Please see the Map that was attached to an email sent Aug. 30 for further information on specific meeting locations.
JK families: Please look out for an email from your student’s educator for more information regarding their September 5th start date.
Please note the parking lot is closed during drop off and pick up times due to bussing. We suggest parking at Franklin Carmichael Park on Park Street and walking over.
In addition, we are pleased to announce the OP Clothing Den is fully stocked and will be set up outside ready for families to “shop”.
